Words for Wednesday (#4)

Someone once told me that you can't choose what happens to you, but you can choose how you react to it - I think it's some of the best advice I've ever been given. How often do we let one tiny little thing going wrong spiral into a terrible day? Letting that big black cloud of grumpiness follow us around all day and dictating how we react to events. When you admit to yourself that you can choose how you feel and react to things those bad days will reduce dramatically. This week's words are all about happiness as a choice. I dare you to wake up every morning this week and consciously choose your mood - happy, productive, kick-ass, awesome, whatever will help you deal with that day. Observe how your week goes, what you achieve, what you enjoy and I promise you'll be pleased with the results. Let me know how you get on!
