#TheCityGirls Leeds Bloggers Event - The Goody Bag!
I mentioned in my last post about #TheCityGirls event that we were all presented with the most amazing goody bags on the way out and today I'm going to show you all the amazing treats they were stuffed with!
You can see from these photos that we were well and truly SPOILED! So many lovely brands had donated goodies and there was a real range - from beauty products, to food, to homewares.
The first thing to mention is these amazing #TheCityGirls tote bags that were provided by Awesome Merchandise. You can never have too many tote bags and I love that we all have this little memento of a super fun afternoon.
These are three products that I have absolutely fallen in love with, and I am so grateful to Lorna and Holly for introducing me to these brands! The Dusty Girls lipgloss is perfect for a natural lip look, the brown eyeliner from GOSH is something I have used pretty much everyday since the event and the Angelica nail varnish is the perfect shade of red. These have all become staples for me and I am super keen to check out more from these brands.
Next up is this cute little candle from Twig + Dot which is now sitting pride of place on our new landing. All of Twig + Dot's candles are hand poured and they smell divine - I'll definitely buy them as gifts in the future.
We also all received one of these boxes of fab skin products from Derma V10 - I couldn't believe it when I learned that these were budget products as they feel so luxurious. I have been using the day and night face creams everyday and my skin feels so much better for it so I really want to try more of their products.
I was so excited when I spied these amazing colouring books at the event as I am still mega obsessed with the one that Michelle kindly sent me a few months back. I love the theme of these ones and I am very happy to add them to my collection.
We also had some hair goodies in our bag too, including a Tangle Angel brush which has made brushing my unruly mane SO much easier and quicker. No more knots and sore head for me! And you can never go wrong with Batiste dry shampoo and Paul Mitchell goodies either can you?
The goody bag was also stuffed with lots of Manuka honey goodies, with my fave being the lip enhancer from Manuka Doctor. It contains purified bee venom which helps give lips a bit of a boost and leaves them looking fuller. I have also been loving the MooGoo full cream moisturiser which smells heavenly.
We were also treated to tonnes of yummy food and drink provided by VOSS Water, Pop Chips, Virtue Ice Tea, Urban Fruit and Together Vitamins. I've been carrying my VOSS Water bottle around with me everywhere - it's just the right size for my handbag!
And last but not least is this super cute hair bow from Beau XOXO that I won in the raffle. Isn't it super cute?! I think it will be perfect for festivals and holidays.
Wow, typing all this up just made me realise all over again how absolutely spoilt we were. Huge thank you to all the brands for letting us try out their goodies, and thanks again to Lorna and Holly for not only organising a fab event but an amazing goody bag too!
