A Little Paris Haul

Are you sick of hearing about our trip to Paris yet?! I promise that today is the last time I'll post about it! I picked up a couple of little bits while we were there which I thought I'd round up into a sort of mini Paris haul for you. I didn't go too mad, but I did get some lovely treats from some of my fave shops.

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAFirst up, we took a little trip to the Motherland - Sephora! I've been wanting to try these sheet masks for ages after seeing them on just about every blog and YouTube video ever, so I treated myself to a couple. I tried the pearl one at the weekend and it left my skin feeling so lovely - I've got a feeling I'm going to become addicted to them which is kinda inconvenient!

I also picked up one of their rouge balms in the shade "Enchanting Blush". I love this as it gives my lips a nice everyday colour while keeping them soft and moisturised at the same time - I'll definitely be buying more next time I come across a Sephora.

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAOLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERANo trip to Paris is complete without a visit to Shakespeare and Company, and if you know me you'll know that it is impossible for me to go into a book store and come out empty handed!

I didn't go too crazy - I picked up a Hemingway classic and a novel that sounded really great from the blurb. I love that at Shakespeare & Co they stamp the books to remind you that you bought them there - it's such a nice touch.

I also picked up a tote bag too - I love collecting tote bags from book stores and I use my one from the Strand in New York all the time so I know it will come in handy.

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAOLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAObviously we needed a little sweet treat to bring home with us to ease the holiday blues, and thankfully we stumbled across a Laduree stand in the airport. Sam chose this little selection of macarons for us and all of them were so good, but the salted caramel one was life-changingly good!

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAI couldn't resist these bride and groom pens when I saw them at Disneyland and my Mum very kindly treated us to them. I thought they would be fab to use while doing our wedding planning and we can also put them out for people to sign the guest book with. You can't go wrong with a bit of Disney magic, can you?

Last but not least, I picked up this dress in Zara. I actually had to buy this because I was melting in the jumper and jeans I had worn that day which feels a little bit crazy now I'm sat shivering in my dressing gown! It looks lovely on and I know it's one of those dresses I will get TONNES of wear out of.
