I am so excited today to be sharing the details of a live event I’m going to be running in Leeds and London in January! It’s called Kickstart 2020, and it’s a day of inspiration, celebration and practical action, designed to help set you up for a great 2020.

I believe that magic happens when you get a group of like minded people in a room together, and that's exactly where the idea for Kickstart 2020 started. I can't WAIT to spend a day hanging out with some of you guys, chatting about all the juicy bits of life, and helping you to start the new year (and new decade) feeling confident, focused, and most of all excited.

What better way to kick off a new year (and a brand new decade!) than with a day full of motivation, inspiration and practical action?

Enter Kickstart 2020. This all day workshop has been designed to help you get to the heart of the goals that make you feel giddy, and give you the confidence boost you need to go out there and make them happen.

How will the day pan out?

We’ll gather at our beautiful venue at 11am and spend a little time getting to know each other over a cuppa and a snack. We’ll then get stuck into goal setting, and I’ll lead you through some exercises and creative activities to help you really figure out what you want 2020 to hold for you.

Once we’ve got some goals down on paper, we’ll break for a yummy lunch, before spending the afternoon working through my confidence activation workshop. This is a really empowering session designed to make sure you leave feeling pumped and ready to take action on your goals.

Finally, we’ll wrap up with a panel of great guests for an inspiring discussion about goal setting, confidence and success, before raising a toast to 2020 and our brand new goals with a glass of fizz.

You’ll leave the day with a clear focus for the year ahead, oodles of confidence in your goals and abilities, and some new like-minded friends. Oh, and a little goody bag too, of course!
