Introducing... Joy School
I’m so excited to write this blog post today because it’s finally time for me to introduce you all to Joy School! I’ve been actively working on this project for the last month or so, but really, it’s the culmination of everything I’ve been writing and learning about for the past 4 years.
I’ve had so much fun putting Joy School together, and I can honestly say that I’ve never been prouder of anything I’ve created before. It contains everything I know about finding joy in every single day, and I can’t wait to see everybody get stuck in.
So, what exactly is Joy School then?
Joy School is a 6 week interactive class designed to help you reconnect with your inner joy and find more of it every damn day. Via written and audio lessons, live Q&As, actionable tasks and a supportive members only community, you’ll learn how to break out of those negative thought patterns, let go of comparison and start feeling pretty damn awesome about your own life.
Joy School started out as a self paced workbook, but I quickly realised that there is so much value in going on this journey together and being able to bounce ideas around with others. So, in addition to 6 weeks of lessons, worksheets and tasks, there will also be 3 live Q&As with me, and a private Facebook group for us all to share learnings and ask questions.
And because I know so many of you love the ease of listening to podcasts, I’ve recorded all of the written lessons as audio downloads so that you can learn on the go.
When do we get started?
Joy School will kick off on Monday 3rd June, and you have until Friday 31st May to enrol. The modules will be released weekly, and we’ll take a one week break half way through to give you time to catch up and put some of the learnings into practice.
