Reflect & Grow: The Online Workshop

It seems we all start the year full of gusto and motivation, and then, well, life kinda gets in the way. Before too long we forget all about those big dreams and goals we planned out back in January. Or perhaps you can remember exactly what your big goals were, but you’re kinda avoiding thinking about them because you feel guilty about not making as much progress as you’d have liked? Yep, been there too.
So how do we stay on track? How do we make sure that the goals we set are still serving us? How do we identify the things that might be getting in our way? Well, that's exactly what we'll be covering in this workshop.
We’ll chat about why it’s important to check in on your goals, look at some of the mindset blocks that might be holding you back from achieving them, and set some goals that make you feel all fired up.
The workshop will last 1.5 - 2 hours, and you’ll have the opportunity to send in questions in advance, and also ask questions throughout the session. The best bit is that you can dial in from wherever you are in the world, and you don’t even have to change out of your pyjamas! And if you can’t make the live workshop time, you’ll receive a recording of the session so that you can rewatch it at any time.
