Introducing... Last 100 Days: A Project to Help You End 2022 on a High

On Friday 23rd September, there will be just 100 days standing between us and 2023. How are you gonna use them?

At this time of year it’s tempting to admit defeat. To let the last few months of the year run away with us. To put all of our hopes and dreams on the backburner, ready to pick them back up again once January arrives.

But there are still over 100 days left to go before the new year rolls around. What if you used those 100 days to get started on your goals? What if you used those 100 days to get to know yourself better? What if you used those 100 days to level up?

How amazing would it feel to get to New Year’s Eve feeling proud and excited, rather than burnt out and exhausted? How would it feel to know that you’ve really made the most of the year?

Enter Last 100 Days.

What is Last 100 Days?

Last 100 Days is a project that’s going to help you make the most of these last 100 days. Designed to harness the power of focus, positivity, and small daily actions, it’ll help you to end the year feeling proud and optimistic, rather than tired and directionless.

How does it work?

When you sign up to Last 100 Days, you’ll receive 100 daily emails, starting on Friday 23rd September. Each email will include a new prompt.

The prompts will vary each day, but will include questions to ponder, small exercises to complete, and mini lists to make. They are designed to help you think about your vision for the future, get to know yourself better, and give you some news tools and techniques to invite a little more joy into your life. Each prompt will take between 5-20 minutes to complete so that they can be easily slotted into your day.

Each week the prompts will be based around a core theme, including topics such as confidence, motivation, time management and self-care.

How much does it cost?

The Last 100 Days project costs £35 (+VAT). That’s just 35p a day!

Who is Last 100 Days for?

You’ll receive your first email and daily prompt on Friday 23rd September.

When do I need to sign up by?

FAQs

I’m already super busy, will I be able to keep up?

Yes! The prompts have been designed to easily slip into your day to day life, so they won’t take a huge amount of time. Small daily action can create big change, and that’s what we’ll be harnessing with this project.

I’m not based in the UK, can I still take part?

100% YES! No elements of this project are impacted by timezone, so as long as you have an email address, you should be able to join in from wherever you are.

The project had a huge impact on my life! It was so much fun and really good to be encouraged to take time out and focus. I’ve already reached one of my set goals which I thought initially would take twice as long! Thanks so much.
