Career clarity for people who know something needs to change... but aren't sure what.

You've done everything "right." Ticked the boxes. Hit the milestones. Built a career that looks good on paper.

So why does something still feel... off?

You don't need a completely new career to feel completely different about work. You need clarity - on what actually matters to you, what you're genuinely good at, and what "the right fit" would look like for you. Once you have that clarity, building a career you love feels less overwhelming.

Our work informs so much about us - our identities, our routines, our moods, our relationships, our energy. I want to help you make sure it’s working for you, that it’s supporting all aspects of the life you want to build. And I’m a bit of an expert at doing just that - I’ve helped hundreds of people find more joyful careers and I’ve even published academic research exploring how we can use positive psychology interventions to support career changers.

I get a kick out of helping find their “thing” - the work that lights them up and makes them feel fulfilled. And I want to help you, too. Because if you’re not enjoying the thing you’re spending the majority of your waking hours doing, chances are you’re going to find it pretty hard to live a joyful life.

What is Find Your Thing?

Find Your Thing is a tried-and-tested, evidence-based programme that takes you from feeling confused and overwhelmed about your career, to feeling clear, confident and ready to act, whatever "acting" looks like for you.

The proven framework helps you identify your strengths, get honest about your values and what you actually want (not what you think you should want), and understand how it all maps onto your work. You'll finish with real clarity on your next step, a clear-eyed view of your transferable skills, and the self-belief to start moving - whether that's a total career change, a shift within your current role, or simply making peace with what you've already got, on your own terms.

If you're ready to stop feeling stuck in your career and start feeling clear, this is for you.

Here’s what you’ll get:

- Six collaborative and practical modules, delivered via a weekly group coaching call

- Six worksheets to complete following each group coaching call

- Lots of impactful exercises for you to delve into

- A joyful and supportive community with others also searching for their thing

- Consistent support from me – whether you have a question, are looking for advice, or just need a little push

- A q&a in the final week, where we’ll collectively chat and go through everything we’ve learned

- A follow up check in session 8 weeks after the programme ends to provide some gentle accountability

“I found find your thing to be amazing and would highly recommend it! The programme was super valuable, Sophie really knows her stuff and the results speak for themselves. I found my thing - and it is something I would never have allowed myself to think about without the guidance.”
