Four quarterly coaching calls

Every three months we will have a 90 minute Zoom call together to dive deep into your joyful vision for your life, explore the positive changes and shifts you want to make, and guide you through the tools and actions that can help you to get there. This is our space to connect deeply and offer you the most personalised and tailored support, so that you can feel guided and heard.

Calls will take place in January, April, july, october. 

Your own personal client portal

You’ll have access to your own password protected page on my website where we’ll store the notes from our calls, any actions and tasks for you to complete between sessions, and a recording of our calls so that you can rewatch them at any time.

A year long membership to The Choose Joy Club (worth £450)

So that you can feel supported throughout the year, you’ll also have complete access to my monthly membership, The Choose Joy Club. Inside you’ll find monthly workshops, quarterly goal setting check ins, book recommendations, journaling prompts, and a wonderfully supportive and joyful community.

I’m so glad you asked! I’m Sophie, and I’m a certified coach and positive psychology practitioner with over 500 hours 1:1 coaching experience. I’m here to support you on your joyful journey with personalised coaching tailored to exactly what you need.

I believe in providing a safe, positive space for you to open up and figure out exactly what will bring you more joy. Our coaching sessions are a judgement-free zone, and my approach is both research-informed and down-to-earth. My goal is always to support you in whatever will help you transform, thrive and flourish.

I’m committed to practicing coaching in an ethical and informed manner and I prioritise my own continued professional development and coaching supervision so that I can always do the best by my clients. I’m also a published researcher in the field of coaching psychology, so you can trust that my practice and approach is always aligned with the most recent knowledge in the field.

what’s the difference between coaching, mentoring & therapy?

the purpose of the coaching relationship is to support you, the client, in defining and achieving your goals. coaching is a collaborative and flexible process - unlike with mentoring, you won’t be given any answers or advice, but you will be supported to find the answers within yourself. 

coaching is a non-therapeutic intervention intended for clients who wish to enhance or maximise their performance or life satisfaction, or improve their work or personal situation. 

where do the calls take place?

all of our calls will take place via zoom.

i’m not based in the uk, can we still work together?

yes! i’ve worked with clients all over the world and have availability that works for most timezones.

can we get started straight away?

i’m currently booking for january. that means we’ll have our quarterly coaching calls in january, april, july and october.
