The Positivity Prompts: A FREE 7 Day Course For A Happier & More Positive Life
Could you be happier? That's not a trick question - it's something I genuinely want you to consider. I think that probably, we could all be happier. We could all compare less, and say thank you more. We could all celebrate more regularly, and I'm almost certain that we could all do with spending a bit more time looking after ourselves. We live in a world where every time we turn on the TV or open a paper, we are hit with endless stories of gloom and despair. Social media means we have more pressure on us than ever before - keeping up with the Joneses has reached a whole new level. And every single day it feels like there's something new for us to worry about - should we all be vegans now? Is it still okay to shop on the high street? Is sugar bad for us? Is this job really the right one for us? Will we ever be able to afford our own houses?
It's endless, and it's not hard to see why so many of us are getting sucked into cycles of worry and negativity and apathy. And so I decided that I'd like to create something that makes it a little easier for us all to create more happiness and positivity in our lives. I ummed and ahhed about how to do it, but I settled on this: a 7 day course called The Positivity Prompts. Everyday for the next 7 days, there is a little challenge or task to complete to bring more joy into your life.
I hope it reminds us all that no matter how tough things get, we can still focus on the good. And I hope we can all remember that life, no matter how ordinary or routine, can be a truly wonderful, special, extraordinary thing.
To access the free course, all you need to do is sign up to my newsletter, The Weekly Pep Talk. I send it every Sunday, and it's full of positivity and inspiration for the week ahead. Plus, it's the first place I share freebies like this course, or updates on new stuff!
I’d love to hear how you get on with the course - feel free to drop me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, say hi on Instagram or Twitter at @sophiecliff, or maybe even share your learnings on Instagram using the hashtag #thepositivityprompts. And good luck!
